Requirements:

  • Sell auto, homeowners, and other personal lines to AAA members via phone and online; conduct outbound sales calls; provide personalized coverage options and premium quotes
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM; participate in sales programs and respond promptly to referrals
  • Learn and follow carrier-specific underwriting and quoting procedures; ensure compliance with agency policies for quoting, binding coverage, and handling payments; stay current on regulations and best practices
  • Build strong relationships with clients and industry partners; cross-sell AAA memberships and other services; deliver AAA Five Diamond Service; travel occasionally for training (about 5%)

This position is eligible for a $1500 sign on bonus

We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our team as Inside Sales Insurance Agents. This is a fully remote position, offering paid training and covering all costs for your Personal Lines Insurance License. If you thrive in outbound sales and want to grow in the insurance industry, this is your opportunity! 

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (training can last between 4-6months)

Work Schedule: 11:30am-8:00pm 4 week days and either a Saturday or Sunday. 


What You’ll Do: 

  • Insurance Sales Responsibilities:
    • Sell auto insurance, homeowners insurance, and other personal lines products to AAA members via phone and online 
    • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing members to promote insurance products 
    • Provide personalized coverage options and premium quotes 
    • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system 
    • Participate in sales programs and respond promptly to referrals 
  • Regulatory & Compliance 
    • Learn and follow carrier-specific underwriting and quoting procedures 
    • Ensure compliance with agency policies for quoting, binding coverage, and handling payments 
    • Collaborate with Underwriting and Quality Assurance to reduce risks and ensure accuracy 
    • Stay current on insurance regulations and best practices 
  • Additional Responsibilities 
    • Build strong relationships with clients and industry partners 
    • Occasionally travel for training (approx. 5%) 
    • Deliver AAA Five Diamond Service in every interaction 
    • Cross-sell AAA memberships and other relevant services
