Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.

Attend scheduled on-site meetings, client visits, or training sessions when required (typically within your local service area).
Stay current with the latest practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health needs preferred.
Strong grasp of ABA principles, intervention strategies, and data collection methods.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting in-person obligations as needed.
Background in special education or a related field is a plus.

This is a hybrid position requiring three in-center days and two work-from-home days per week. Team collaboration is essential; BCBAs are expected to coordinate with the Lead BCBA when working remotely.
Billable expectations include:
25 billable hours per week
Minimum 10% supervision
At least 1 hour of parent training per week
