Job description

About the Organization
Now is a great time to join Redhorse Corporation. We are a solution-driven company delivering data insights and technology solutions to customers with missions critical to U.S. national interests. We’re looking for thoughtful, skilled professionals who thrive as trusted partners building technology-agnostic solutions and want to apply their talents supporting customers with difficult and important mission sets.

About the Role
Redhorse transforms the way government uses data and technology. To support this mission, we are seeking a Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Developer to lead the charge in modernizing federal and defense operations. In this role, you won't just build applications; you will architect the digital engines that drive mission-critical programs. By leveraging the full Power Platform stack and SharePoint Online, you will help our clients move away from legacy processes and toward a more agile, data-driven future. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and readiness of those who serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) tailored to complex government workflows.
  • Develop and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline approval chains, system integrations, and data transformations.
  • Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI to provide program leadership with actionable, real-time insights.
  • Architect and manage SharePoint Online environments to serve as secure collaboration hubs and document management platforms.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with the broader M365 ecosystem, including Teams, Dataverse, and Azure services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate mission needs into iterative, high-quality technical solutions.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and technical support for deployed enterprise solutions.

Required Experience/Clearance
  • Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
  • Demonstrated experience designing and administering SharePoint Online sites, including custom lists, libraries, and permissions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dataverse, connectors, and the Power Platform admin center.
  • Proven ability to build automated flows with Power Automate that include error handling and monitoring.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Desired Experience
  • Experience working within GCC or GCC High M365 environments.
  • Front-end web development skills using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, or React.
  • Knowledge of the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Microsoft Graph API.
  • Experience with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or integrating AI/ML capabilities into Power Platform apps.
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, or PL-400.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices for the Power Platform and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) pipelines.
