Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the field
  • Strong debugging skills and hands-on coding experience in Java and Python (Data Science) with exposure to SaaS, RESTful web services, Kafka, ElasticSearch, and gRPC
  • Experience with cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, JIRA, Zendesk, Intune) plus security standards (OAuth, SAML, SSO)

Requirements:

  • Provide technical leadership to deploy, integrate, and optimize Automation Anywhere APA solutions for customers, including SaaS apps, REST services, Kafka, ElasticSearch, and Python-based data science workloads
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, identifying root causes and delivering quick, reliable fixes while coordinating with global teams
  • Design and implement integrations with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, JIRA, Zendesk, Intune) and enforce security best practices (OAuth, SAML, SSO)
  • Apply Generative AI and prompt engineering to improve automation workflows and agent capabilities, and communicate findings to customers and stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the field.

  • Strong debugging skills to identify root causes and provide quick fixes.

  • Extensive experience with SaaS applications, RESTful web services, Kafka, ElasticSearch, gRPC, and Python for Data Science.

  • Good experience with various cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure and GCP)

  • Good experience with various integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, JIRA, Zendesk, Workaround, Intune, etc)

  • Good experience in security standards (authentication/authorization) & practices including OAuth, SAML and SSO

  • Strong hands on experiencing on coding and Java /Python Scripting 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a get-things-done attitude.

  • Flexibility to work with global teams and adapt to various time zones.

  • Effective communication skills to liaise with both technical teams and customers.

  • Generative AI and Prompt engineering knowledge

Location _Hyderabad

Shift _ Starts for 6 PM IST (PST Shift)
