Working Style: Hybrid (Office + Work from Home)
Full-time | Permanent | 40 hrs/week

About the role
As a key member of our Hong Kong Sales Team, you’ll be the engine behind our sales operations—ensuring everything runs smoothly from quote to renewal. You’ll be the go-to person for managing enquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting our brokers and customers with precision and care.

What you’ll do:

  • Supporting the Sales Team with quotes, pre-sales forms, and customer enquiries
  • Assisting the Retention Team with renewals and data preparation
  • Preparing weekly sales reports and coordinating team meetings/events
  • Maintaining organised records and filing systems
  • Contributing to ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Staying sharp with sales training and competitor insights
  • Handling complaints professionally and escalating when needed

What you’ll bring:

  • Organised, proactive, and great at managing time
  • Confident working with people at all levels
  • Ideally, some experience in healthcare or insurance
  • A global mindset—understanding cultural nuances and time zones
  • Tech-savvy with solid skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
