We are currently searching for a Ruby on rails – MySQL:

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement complex software solutions using Object-Oriented principles.
• Lead the architecture and design of scalable backend systems.
• Collaborate closely with frontend teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Maintain active contact with the support team to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Uphold engineering excellence through unit testing, thorough code reviews, and technical documentation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Object-Oriented design.
• Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails and MySQL database management.
• Proven background in Software Architecture and Design.
• Solid experience with best practices (Unit Testing, Documentation, Code Reviews).
• Ability to act as a technical bridge for support teams.

Desired:

• Experience with frontend integration (React, Vue, or similar).
• Previous experience in short-term, high-impact project delivery.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.
