About the Role: 

As a Content Developer at Meduit, you will be at the heart of our internal training content strategy. Your role is to create engaging, visually appealing content across multiple platforms, ensuring our message resonates with our audience. You will be responsible for the development, editing, and management of content that drives engagement and delivers value throughout our entire company.

Department: ​Training
Reports To: ​Instructional Design Supervisor​
Compensation: ​$21 & up, depending on experience & qualifications​

Key Responsibilities: 

Design courses using adult learning principles and integrate interactive concepts/activities in both instructor-led and distance formats to encourage knowledge application and skill development 

Ensure the instructional integrity of training projects through systematic design and clear writing of scripts, narratives, on-screen text, and/or selection of third-party content/resources 

Create, revise, and update multi-media training materials according to system, design, and policy & procedure changes 

Incorporate alternative training methods, such as video conference, web, and e-learning 

Work closely with the Instructional Designer to ensure training materials are ready for new client implementations 

Assist with the development of assessments that correlate with learner outcomes 

Required Qualifications: 

Curriculum planning skills 

Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models 

Strong attention to detail

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

Strong ability to quickly learn new information

Experience with Microsoft Office platform 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Instructional Design or related field, and/or equivalent experience

Experience with Articulate & Adobe Creative Suite platforms  

​Bilingual in Spanish/English​
