JOB TITLE: Senior Nuvolo Developer

GOVERNMENT AGENCY: USMS – United States Marshalls Service

POSITION INFORMATION: Full-time

LOCATION: Remote

POSITION TIMING: Position requires candidate to obtain USMS Public Trust clearance which can

take 3-6 weeks or longer to process. Clearance must complete prior to candidate beginning work on the program.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Design, develop, configure, and sustain Nuvolo solutions on the ServiceNow platform supporting facilities, real estate, asset management, and workplace operations. Provide technical leadership for architecture, integrations, upgrades, and ongoing enhancement delivery.

Platform Development & Configuration

• Develop and configure Nuvolo applications on ServiceNow
• Build workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripts, and integrations
• Customize modules such as IWMS, asset management, maintenance, space, and facilities operations

Architecture & Integration

• Design scalable Nuvolo architecture aligned with enterprise IT standards
• Lead integrations with ERP, HR, finance, building systems, IoT, and external data sources
• Ensure compatibility with ServiceNow platform upgrades

Sustainment & Enhancement Support

• Support ongoing O&M activities including bug fixes and enhancements
• Maintain platform stability and performance
• Provide technical guidance for feature releases, patches, and upgrades

Technical Leadership

• Serve as senior technical SME for Nuvolo capabilities
• Mentor developers and platform admins
• Help define technical roadmap and best practices

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Translate operational requirements into technical solutions
• Support training, demos, and technical walkthroughs
• Help drive adoption of new Nuvolo capabilities

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• 5–8+ years ServiceNow development experience
• 3–6+ years Nuvolo platform experience preferred
• Strong scripting (JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs)
• Experience with IWMS, facilities, asset, or workplace systems
• Integration experience (REST, SOAP, middleware)

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certifications
• Nuvolo certification (if available)
• Facilities, real estate, healthcare, or federal infrastructure experience
• Upgrade and platform sustainment leadership

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position is fully remote. Candidates must have a dedicated workspace, reliable internet connectivity, and the ability to participate in virtual meetings and collaborate effectively with distributed teams
