Requirements:

  • Monitor and manage all sales opportunities and activities across multiple channels, including traffic generation, lead management, tours, closing techniques, and price optimization.
  • Provide timely performance updates to line managers, identify concerns/risks and opportunities, participate in leasing calls and sales meetings, and coach/train team members to improve performance.
  • Acquire and apply knowledge of spaces, university markets, local competitors, student demographics, and visa processes; collaborate with Operations and Marketing to achieve revenue KPIs.
  • Manage relationships with third-party providers and B2B partners, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, onboard new providers, and build a pipeline of qualified leads to pursue new business opportunities.

We are looking for someone who has a tenacity for sales and revenue optimization, through both direct and indirect channels – someone who knows how to get the best conversions out of their teams and is passionate about leveraging technology to drive results!

 

Responsibilities will be concentrated on generating sales and revenue performance. The Sales Specialist implements strategies that support sales and revenue objectives, participates in weekly sales review meetings to gauge performance and foster an idea exchange, and ensures that onsite teams are equipped with the tools and resources needed to achieve overall business results. This role will cover the European Market and will report to the Sales Manager & Head of Sales Continental Europe.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage all sales opportunities and activities across multiple
  • Review sales reporting and work with onsite teams on areas of improvement including, but not limited to traffic generation, lead management, tour conducting, closing techniques, and price optimization.
  • Provide to line managers timely performance updates that identify concerns/potential risks as well as opportunities.
  • Attend and actively participate in leasing calls, sales meetings, and other
  • Monitor , support, coach, and provide sales training to Yugoers to instill confidence, ensure success, and promote sales performance.
  • Acquire and apply an extensive knowledge of individual spaces, university markets, local competitors, student demographics, and overseas/visa
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to achieve shared objectives such as revenue KPIs and brand
  • Support the sales journey
  • Follow up with leads to keep the conversation going and help turn interest into bookings
  • Responsible for overseen and growing relationships of third-party providers:
    • Account management to ensure maximum visibility and conversion on external websites, negotiate contract conditions and act as liaison between Yugo and third-party providers.
    • Built and maintain long-term relationships with partners
    • Monitor provider performance, KPI’s and service quality to ensure compliance with agreements
    • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new third-party providers to support business goals
    • Budget control; track spend against budget and ensure alignment with contract
  • Responsible for overseen and growing relationships of B2B partners:
    • Maintain strong relationships with major partners and negotiate contracts and rates to secure long‑term business.
    • Coordinate internally to deliver consistent service for top accounts.
    • Identify and pursue new corporate and agency prospects.
    • Build a pipeline of qualified leads through research, networking, and outreach.
    • Prepare proposals and present to potential clients.
    • Track market trends to uncover new business opportunities.
