About the Role

We're not looking for someone to schedule social posts and update a spreadsheet. We need a working student who wants to actually build the growth engine at one of Europe's fastest-growing AI companies.

Synthflow powers 65M+ AI voice calls across 1,000+ enterprise deployments. We've raised $20M, we're scaling fast, and our marketing needs to keep up. You'll work directly with the founding team, not sit in a silo. You'll own projects end-to-end, not shadow someone else's work.

If this goes well, there's a clear path to a full-time role after you graduate.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Own and run growth experiments across channels—paid, organic, content, partnerships

  • Create content that educates the market on voice AI: blog posts, case studies, landing pages, social

  • Build and optimize funnels from first touch to activation

  • Track what's working, kill what's not, and move fast between ideas

  • Help shape how Synthflow shows up in the world—messaging, positioning, competitive intelligence

  • Work closely with product and sales to turn customer insight into marketing leverage

Who You Are

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (penultimate year—you have at least 12 months before graduation)

  • Genuine interest in AI, startups, and how companies grow from early stage to scale

  • Strong written communication in English; German is a plus

  • Comfortable with ambiguity

  • Analytical and creative in equal measure; you can write a compelling headline and then measure its conversion rate

  • High agency

  • Familiar with Claude Code

Nice to Have

  • You've run a side project, built an audience, or launched something on your own

  • Experience with SEO, paid acquisition, or marketing automation

  • Basic understanding of AI/LLM products and how they're sold

  • You've worked at a startup before, or at least understand what you're signing up for
