What You'll Actually Do

• Support growth campaigns across paid, organic, content, and partnerships

• Write and publish content that helps the market understand voice AI: short-form posts, blog drafts, competitive comparisons, customer stories

• Help build and maintain lead generation funnels—landing pages, email sequences, CTAs

• Research competitors, track market trends, and surface insights the team can act on

• Assist with event prep, outreach, and partnership coordination

• Dig into performance data—what's converting, what's not, what to try next

• Pick up whatever needs doing. At a startup this stage, the job description is a starting point.

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with at least 6 months left before graduation

• Genuinely curious about AI, startups, and how companies go from early stage to scale

• Strong written communication in English; German is a plus

• Comfortable figuring things out without a playbook

• Equal parts creative and analytical—you can draft a landing page and then look at the numbers to see if it worked

• High agency: you don't wait to be told what to do

Nice to Have

• You've built something on your own—a side project, a newsletter, a community, a product

• Exposure to SEO, paid ads, CRM tools, or marketing automation

• Basic understanding of AI/LLM products and how they're sold to businesses

• Previous startup experience, even informal
