About the role:

Our client is looking for a Web Developer & Analyst to build and optimize high-performing, lead-generating websites for their clients. This role is ideal for someone skilled in front-end development, technical SEO, and site performance, who takes ownership from build to launch and continuously improves results.

Experience in a digital marketing agency is required.

Experience in the home service industry is preferred.

What you’ll be doing:

Build, launch, and optimize high-converting websites and landing pages end-to-end
Implement technical SEO, site speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals improvements
Set up and validate tracking & analytics (GA4, GTM, pixels, call tracking)
Manage CRM/automation integrations, form routing, site migrations, and clean deployments
Run QA checks to ensure sites launch correctly and perform optimally
Continuously analyze site performance and make data-driven improvements
