2+ years of experience in managing PPC campaigns, specifically Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Facebook Pixel, and Conversion API. Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies. Proficiency in Google Analytics and other tracking tools. Excellent data analysis skills with a proven ability to optimize ad spend. Familiarity with social media platforms and their content optimization best practices. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Attention to detail and a creative eye for engaging content.

Core responsibilities:

Plan, create, and execute Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Develop and implement effective audience targeting strategies using interest-based, behavioral, lookalike, and retargeting techniques. Optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for maximum CTR, conversion rates, and ROI. Monitor and adjust campaign budgets to maximize performance while staying within allocated ad spend. Track and analyze campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools. Generate detailed reports and insights on ad performance, key KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA), and areas for improvement. A/B test ad variations (creatives, headlines, CTA buttons) to optimize results. Work closely with designers and copywriters to develop engaging ad creatives (static, video, carousel, etc.). Stay updated with Meta's algorithm changes, ad policies, and industry trends to refine campaign strategies. Assist in execution of social media strategy including posting, community management etc.
