Account Specialist


United States – Remote

 

The Account Specialist at Phonak supports the growth of hearing-care product sales by working closely with audiologists, clinics, and internal field representatives. This role blends customer service, sales support, and relationship management to help deliver high-quality hearing solutions while supporting business growth and customer success.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers within the assigned territory

  • Collaborate closely with field sales representatives and key account managers to support account growth

  • Manage customer communications, follow up on action items, and maintain ongoing relationships with clinics and providers

  • Coordinate sales meetings and support scheduling for field representatives within the region

  • Address customer questions and challenges using a concierge-style customer service approach

  • Ensure high-quality support by proactively following up with existing customers

  • Document all customer interactions in Salesforce on a daily basis

  • Educate customers on Phonak products and provide training when needed

  • Support customers using the Phonak eStore, assist with ordering, and encourage digital engagement

  • Assist with onboarding new accounts and providers within the territory

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

 

 

More about you:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, outside sales, customer support, or medical device sales

  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce

 

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $64K to $78K . This role is also commission eligible.
