We are looking for talented individuals to join our team through the Ascend Program, which offers a comprehensive onboarding experience tailored to launch your career as a Global Technology Consultant. This program will introduce you to Allata's best practices and processes, while also providing you with a diverse set of technical and non-technical skills. Over 12 weeks (about 3 months), you will progress at your own pace in a structured yet flexible environment, developing the key skills needed for success.
Hard Skills - Must have:
Interest in developing a career in software development, software integration, data analysis, and/or AI.
Familiarity with or willingness to learn and operate in agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
A strong aptitude for analyzing complex issues and delivering creative, effective solutions.
Exposure to tools such as Jira, Git, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Soft Skills / Business Specific Skills:
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a proactive approach to learning.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in both team-based and individual tasks.
