Job description

About the Position

The analyst contractor will report to our Associate Practice Leader for Global Data Strategic Insights. The junior analyst will provide support on data collection, storage, and manipulation. The Junior Analyst will have the opportunity to participate in virtual calls and live meetings with clients. The work will focus on improving and maintaining our global data product and forecasting methodology.

 
About the Team

The analyst contractor will be a part of FrontierView’s global research team. The global research team produces all syndicated content for FrontierView’s client base of several thousand senior executives at multinational organizations. The team combines regional knowledge, macroeconomic and political insights, and business acumen to provide impactful analysis, forecasts, and executional advice for a senior executive audience. They work in close collaboration with the commercial team in supporting FrontierView’s growth strategy and ongoing client relationships.

About You

We’re looking for an early career level professional (recent graduate from undergrad or graduate degree program) with some professional experience, strong quantitative skills, and an interest in learning more about data management and analysis. Strong research skills, independence, and ability to prioritize tasks will be key for this role.

  • Undergraduate degree or currently completing undergraduate degree in Data Science, International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, other related areas
  • English language fluency a must, additional language skills are a bonus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), R, Python, SQL, Tableau
  • Knowledge of macroeconomic fundamentals
  • Strong research capabilities
  • Good communication, organization, discipline, sense of urgency and commitment
