Loan Processor A Queensland-based Australian mortgage brokerage dedicated to simplifying the home loan process for clients is seeking an experienced Loan Processor to support the end-to-end processing of loan applications, working closely with brokers, lenders, and clients to ensure a seamless and efficient experience from initial submission through to settlement.
Part-time: 20 hours/week (can transition to more hours) Work Set-Up: Fully remote, Independent Contractor Work Hours: AEST Monthly Salary: $560-800
What You'll Be Doing:
Prepare, review, and process loan applications from initial submission through to settlement.
Liaise with brokers, lenders, and clients to obtain, verify, and manage all required documentation.
Accurately input and maintain client records within Infynity CRM and associated platforms (Trello, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp).
Monitor application progress, proactively follow up on outstanding requirements, and ensure compliance with lender policies and guidelines.
Coordinate submissions and manage processes through aggregator platforms, including Finsure.
Identify potential issues early in the application process and take initiative to implement timely solutions.
