Scope: Manages 3-5+ Scouts with ~$1MM in revenue. 

Job Summary
The Senior Scout, WHS is a vital part of the Operations leadership team, and will primarily be responsible for the day-to-day drug and occupational health services management of a group of Scouts with specific client responsibilities.  This position is accountable for working within ScoutLogic’s client guidelines as well as the Federal Credit Reporting Act’s (FCRA) regulations to provide minimal turnaround time and high quality results on background research requests.

Reports to: Vice President, Operations/Director, Operations

Working Hours: 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. CST. 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of overall business experience in a comparable industry
  • 6 months tenure within current position at ScoutLogic with no pending disciplinary action or enrollment in Performance Improvement Plan
  • Mastery of basic ScoutLogic procedures and tools
