Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative who can deliver excellent support and create positive experiences for customers. Respond to inbound customer inquiries through phone calls, text messages, and email in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers with questions related to pool services, scheduling, and service updates
Maintain clear and friendly communication with clients to ensure a positive customer experience
Record customer interactions and updates within the CRM system to keep accurate records
Coordinate service requests and ensure customer needs are communicated effectively to the appropriate team members
Resolve basic service concerns or escalate issues when necessary
Maintain a helpful, patient, and solutions-focused attitude when interacting with customers
Contribute to maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing consistent and attentive support
Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Ability to manage multiple conversations across calls, texts, and emails
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive customer-first mindset
Comfortable using CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm when handling customer concerns
Professional communication style and a friendly approach to service
High level of responsibility and reliability when managing daily tasks
Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
Organized and capable of keeping track of multiple customer conversations
