  • Proficiency in Excel (expert level); experience with Tableau and/or Snowflake is a plus; ability to work independently and cross-functionally; excellent communication and change-management abilities.

Requirements:

  • Oversee day-to-day management of Territory Manager (TM) and New Business Manager (NBM) compensation programs across the enterprise, including analytics, data updates, and compliance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and consult with leaders and plan participants, guiding them through program structure and recommending improvements to programs and applications; develop and facilitate enterprise-wide training on critical systems (e.g., Tableau, Workday) related to TM/NBM compensation.
  • Oversee system and data audits to ensure data integrity, validate accuracy across multiple systems, and generate ongoing and ad hoc reports to support leadership awareness and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with IT, payroll and external stakeholders to test IT enhancements (QA and production), document testing plans and results, and ensure alignment with project goals; partner with FPA to analyze compensation expenditures and trends and present strategic recommendations.

The Senior Sales Program Analyst oversees the day to day management of the Territory Manager and New Business Manager compensation programs across the enterprise, including; devising strategic program recommendations based on complex analyses, overseeing the ongoing maintenance to critical systems and data updates, and managing scheduled audits of assigned compensation programs to ensure compliance.

This position in remote/virtual which means the work can be completed from anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories.

The  Senior Sales Program Analyst oversees the day to day management of the Territory Manager and New Business Manager compensation programs across the enterprise, including; devising strategic program recommendations based on complex analyses, overseeing the ongoing maintenance to critical systems and data updates, and managing scheduled audits of assigned compensation programs to ensure compliance. The Senior Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert and act in a consultative capacity to leaders and plan participants – guiding them through program structure, as well as making recommendations to improve the overall programs and applications. The Senior Analyst will develop, create, implement and facilitate enterprise-wide training on critical internal systems (e.g. Tableau, Workday, etc.) and their application to the TM and NBM compensation programs.

  Based on complex analysis, regularly communicate business critical data and make strategic recommendations to Senior Leadership aimed at driving success of the programs through continuous improvement and identified opportunities.
  Oversee the ongoing administration of the programs, ensuring they are consistently accurate, in compliance and functioning in a manner conducive to driving business success
  Provide ongoing consultation to leaders and participants, responding to questions and making recommendations for problem resolution.
  Ensure timely and consistent updates across relevant systems, validating accuracy on an on-going basis.
  Develop, implement, and document testing plans and results for all TM/NBM comp IT enhancements at QA and production level.  Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and explain unexpected results, drive efficiencies and effectiveness, leverage opportunities, and ensure optimal systems.

  Work closely with IT partners to ensure that system enhancements, requirements and upgrades are progressing against project goals.
  Oversee system and data audits to ensure data integrity and monitor program administration (auditing payroll summaries, ensuring needed approvals, data integrity, etc.) – ensuring data consistency across multiple systems (Tableau, Workday, etc.). Create and generate ongoing and ad hoc reports as needed to support leadership awareness and decision-making.
  Maintain detailed documentation and traceability for approvals and wage/exception changes from multiple sources to ensure corporate and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with payroll and other relevant stakeholders to ensure wage updates/wage increase facilitation, etc., are successfully carried out.
  Partner with FP&A to provide data and analysis on compensation expenditures, trends and analysis. Provide innovative and impactful strategic recommendations based on complex analysis.
  Create, develop and facilitate various training materials on TM/NBM compensation administration, relevant systems (Tableau, Workday etc.), standard processes and practices and provide guidance and coaching on the application of TM/NBM compensation programs. Constantly identify and leverage opportunities to improve programs and training activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education / Training:  Bachelor's degree in Finance / Business / Operations or related field, or equivalent experience required.


Related Experience:  Minimum 5 years accounting, business, finance or other relevant experience required. Minimum 2 years administering complex compensation/incentive programs.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:  Must possess solid quantitative and analytical skills and be able to leverage the ability to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Must be able to effectively communicate complex data analysis and offer innovative, strategic recommendations to a wide variety of stakeholders, up to and including the Senior Leadership Team. Must possess the demonstrated ability to effectively partner and work across a diverse, cross-functional team of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be able to assert their subject matter expertise, considerable communication skills and credibility to influence stakeholders and senior leaders. Must be able to effectively embrace, support and lead change management.

Analytics:  The candidate must possess an acute ability to think quantitatively and understand large and complex data sets. Additionally, the candidate must possess the demonstrated ability to leverage that quantitative ability in developing impactful, strategic recommendations.  Deep understanding of Excel at the expert level is required.  Prior experience with Tableau and/or Snowflake a plus.

Self-direction:  The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high degree of motivation, the ability to prioritize and self-direct, strong business acumen and sound interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and within a team is required.

Communication:  Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, as well as solid presentation skills required. Must be able to demonstrate a keen ability to convey thoughts, recommendations and conclusions effectively across a diverse set of stakeholders, including senior leadership. Proficiency required in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds).  The expected base rate for this role is between

$75,000 - $125,000
