  • Design, deliver, and implement end-to-end IT solutions with account teams and vendors; lead proofs-of-concept, staging, configuration, and on-site deployment; mitigate technical risks to ensure quality and timely outcomes.
  • Apply consultative sales to articulate technology value and ROI to C-suite; prepare and present SoWs and BoMs; drive sales through meetings, demos, and thought leadership.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects; maintain SLAs and timelines; foster relationships with resellers and vendor partners; serve as primary technical resource for partner inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Create and publish practical content for TD SYNNEX channels; deliver on-demand training to develop partners' sales and technical acumen; stay current on vendor roadmaps and certifications.

About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic Field Solutions Architect to join our team of consultative sales and technical experts. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver complex IT solutions in partnership with our reseller network and vendor partners. You’ll leverage your deep technical skillset and strategic mindset to influence C-level executives, drive revenue growth, and strengthen long-term partnerships. This is a hands-on position with significant opportunity for professional development, leadership, and impact across multiple projects and technologies.

What You’ll Do:
• Solution Design & Delivery
– Collaborate with account teams and vendors to architect end-to-end solutions that align with reseller business objectives
– Lead proof-of-concept, staging, configuration, and on-site implementation of complex systems
– Anticipate technical risks and proactively propose mitigations to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes

• Consultative Sales & Executive Engagement
– Apply a consultative sales approach to position technology value and ROI to C-suite and senior leadership
– Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, statements of work (SoWs), and bills of materials (BoMs)
– Drive sales through face-to-face meetings, virtual demos, and social media thought leadership

• Project & Partnership Management
– Own multiple concurrent projects, managing deliverables against SLAs and timelines
– Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with resellers and vendor partners through coaching, mentoring, and continuous enablement
– Serve as the primary technical resource for reseller inquiries, corrective actions, and follow-up

• Thought Leadership & Enablement
– Create and publish practical, authoritative content for TD SYNNEX social channels and knowledge bases
– Deliver on-demand, short-form training sessions to advance partners’ sales and technical acumen
– Stay current on vendor roadmaps, market trends, and emerging technologies—maintain required certifications (5–10% self-directed learning)

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred; HS/GED minimum
• 5+ years of consultative technology sales and/or solution architecture experience, including SoW and BoM development
• Deep knowledge of vendor-specific tools and solutions; 2–4 major certifications required, additional certifications encouraged
• Proven ability to influence C-level executives and translate technical concepts into business value
• Strong understanding of ROI modeling, comparative analysis, and market trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience leading executive briefings
• Travel requirements are minimal and may include occasional visits to client sites

Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.   

  • Hiring Salary Range $ 116,000.00 - $125,000.00 CAD

Vos responsabilités

• Conception et déploiement de solutions

  • Collaborer avec les équipes de comptes et les fournisseurs afin d’architecturer des solutions de bout en bout alignées sur les objectifs d’affaires des revendeurs

  • Diriger les preuves de concept, la mise en place des environnements, la configuration et l’implantation sur site de systèmes complexes

  • Anticiper les risques techniques et proposer de façon proactive des stratégies d’atténuation afin d’assurer des livrables de qualité, dans les délais établis

• Vente consultative et relations avec la direction

  • Adopter une approche de vente consultative pour positionner la valeur technologique et le retour sur investissement (ROI) auprès de la haute direction

  • Préparer et présenter des présentations percutantes, des énoncés des travaux (SoW) et des nomenclatures de matériel (BoM)

  • Stimuler les ventes par des rencontres en personne, des démonstrations virtuelles et du leadership d’opinion sur les médias sociaux

• Gestion de projets et de partenariats

  • Gérer simultanément plusieurs projets en assurant le respect des livrables, des ententes de niveaux de service (SLA) et des échéanciers

  • Établir des relations solides et mutuellement bénéfiques avec les revendeurs et partenaires fournisseurs grâce au coaching, au mentorat et à l’accompagnement continu

  • Agir à titre de ressource technique principale pour les demandes des revendeurs, les actions correctives et les suivis

• Leadership d’opinion et développement des compétences

  • Créer et publier du contenu pratique et reconnu pour les canaux sociaux et les bases de connaissances de TD SYNNEX

  • Animer des formations courtes et sur demande afin de développer les compétences commerciales et techniques des partenaires

  • Se tenir à jour quant aux feuilles de route des fournisseurs, aux tendances du marché et aux technologies émergentes, et maintenir les certifications requises (5 à 10 % du temps consacré à l’apprentissage autonome)

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme universitaire en informatique, en technologies de l’information ou dans un domaine connexe (souhaité) ; diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent requis

  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en vente technologique consultative et/ou en architecture de solutions, incluant la préparation de SoW et de BoM

  • Excellente connaissance des outils et solutions de fournisseurs; de 2 à 4 certifications majeures requises, certifications supplémentaires encouragées

  • Capacité démontrée à influencer les membres de la haute direction et à traduire des concepts techniques en valeur d’affaires

  • Solide compréhension des modèles de ROI, des analyses comparatives et des tendances du marché

  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et orale, incluant l’animation de présentations exécutives

  • Déplacements occasionnels requis, incluant de rares visites chez les clients

La rémunération annuelle offerte sera établie en fonction de plusieurs facteurs, notamment la localisation géographique, l’expérience professionnelle, la formation ainsi que les compétences et réalisations, et fera l’objet d’une entente mutuelle au moment de l’offre.

Fourchette salariale à l’embauche :  $ 116,000.00 - $125,000.00 CAD
