At Zühlke, our Talent Acquisition team plays a key role in shaping the future of the company. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you act as a strategic advisor to the business while remaining deeply hands-on in identifying and engaging top talent. You combine a strong understanding of the Bulgarian talent market with the ability to define and execute effective hiring strategies.

You partner closely with leaders to anticipate talent needs, build sustainable pipelines, and strengthen Zühlke’s presence as an employer of choice.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Own and drive the end-to-end hiring process for technical and consulting roles, ensuring a high-quality and efficient experience for candidates and stakeholders.

  • Partner strategically with hiring managers and leadership, translating business goals into effective hiring strategies.

  • Design and execute sourcing strategies, actively identifying and engaging top talent across multiple channels.

  • Leverage your strong understanding of the Bulgarian talent market to provide insights on talent availability, compensation, and hiring approaches.

  • Conduct structured, competence-based interviews and provide clear, well-founded hiring recommendations.

  • Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines for critical roles.

  • Support employer branding activities and collaborate with colleagues across different departments to strengthen Zühlke’s presence in the Bulgarian talent market.

  • Represent Zühlke in the market by engaging with communities, events, and talent networks.
