On your day to day

In this role, you'll lead a strong development team, balancing hands-on coding with technical leadership. You'll drive high-performance, maintainable web applications while defining architecture, scalability, and feature strategies. Beyond development, you'll oversee sprints, ensure code quality, and collaborate across teams to align business needs with engineering goals. We’re looking for a problem solver with a startup mindset—someone who thrives in challenges, manages priorities effectively, and leads by example.

Requirements

What Will Make You Stand Out?

• At least 4 years of prior management experience leading engineering teams.
• Solid knowledge of the full-stack development profession - DB modeling, backend architecture, API planning, microservices, event-driven, client-side data flow, ux implementation.
• Deep expertise in React and JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB.
• AI-First Engineering Mindset - Proficient with AI-powered coding assistants like Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools to dramatically accelerate development velocity.
• Hands-on experience integrating MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and building AI-powered workflows and automations.
• Ability to manage multiple requesters and priorities, balancing trade-offs and bringing innovative solutions.
• A natural leader who leads by example, enjoys being hands-on, mentoring, and building strong teams.
• Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English.
