Job Description:
The CORE Consultant is responsible for assisting customers with technical issues or questions relating to VIAVI solutions.
Their responsibilities are to meet any customer demand, through good communication and technical details, helping to solve problems or optimizations, and seeking to share all information and knowledge through workshops, reports, or dashboards. Their location will be in Mexico City working partially from home, going to the customer's office when necessary or requested (once per week).
