Role Overview:

The Inside Channel Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive engagement, enablement, and management of assigned channel partners. This role focuses on inside sales motion—supporting pipeline development, deal registration management, partner activation, and program compliance to accelerate partner-led business.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Management & Engage

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned channel partners in a territory

  • Conduct regular cadence calls to review pipeline, forecast, and growth plans.

  • Drive partner activation, onboarding, and enablement.

  • Support partners with program updates, rebates, promotions, and compliance requirements.

Pipeline & Revenue Growth Qualifications Qualifications

  • Build and manage partner-sourced and partner-led pipeline.

  • Track and influence forecast accuracy and closure timelines.

  • Support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal motions.
     

Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of experience in channel sales, inside sales, or partner management.

  • Experience working in enterprise technology / cybersecurity / SaaS preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing distributors and multi-tier channels.

  • Understanding of rebate & incentive programs.

  • Forecasting and pipeline analytics.

  • Ability to influence without authority.

  • Fluent in english 

  • Proficiency in an Asian language will be an added advantage
