About the role

In this role, you will create ads for paid traffic channels, with a strong focus on AI-generated content.

What you'll be doing

  1. Create high-performing creatives (video and static) for various advertising platforms
  2. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and competitor analyses
  3. Continuously improve processes and expand the team’s creative toolkit
  4. Grow in design and marketing creativity through hands-on practice
  5. Proactively suggest new formats, ideas, and visual solutions

Must-have

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar position(preferably within a performance/marketing team)
  • Strong understanding of video editing, composition, and color theory
  • Confident proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Figma, CapCut, Photoshop/Illustrator (preferred), and AI tools
  • Ability to analyze market and competitors, adapting creatives to trends
  • English: B2 level or higher — for briefs and terminology

Nice-to-have

  • A basic understanding of User Acquisition
  • Experience creating top-performing ad creatives that scaled campaigns
  • Ability to quickly generate and adapt ideas to new formats
