About the Role

As a Pharmacy Technician, you’ll support patients and providers by managing prescription intake and clarification. This role is phone- and computer-based, working closely with doctors’ offices and patients to ensure prescriptions are accurate and processed efficiently. Our facilities are closed to the public, providing a secure and focused work environment.

Training Period:


📅 April 13, 2026 – May 22, 2026
🕗 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CST | Monday–Friday

Post-Training Schedule:
🕘 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. CST | Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from physician offices

  • Take and document verbal prescriptions

  • Accurately enter prescription data into pharmacy systems

  • Respond to physician and patient inquiries

  • Clarify prescription details (dosage, quantity, directions)

  • Manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Position Requirements

  • Work Location: Work-from-home position; must reside within 75 miles of Memphis, TN.  Mississippi and Arkansas residents must work onsite

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Active Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB or NHA)

  • Active Tennessee Pharmacy Technician License

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred

  • Reliable wired internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, internet, and email use

  • Previous call center experience preferred

  • Dedicated, quiet home workspace

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic math proficiency

Note: A wired Ethernet connection is required. Mobile hotspots or wireless-only connections are not permitted. You may need to purchase an Ethernet cable depending on your setup.
