Oticon is seeking a results‑driven and motivated Account Manager to join our team. As the owner of your territory, you will lead sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and strengthen relationships with hearing healthcare professionals. You will coordinate resources, identify opportunities, and ensure customers experience the full value of Oticon’s innovative and industry-leading solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting established performance-based KPI’s and quotas related to customer visits, units sold, and revenue generated as defined by your Regional Sales Manager.
- Championing the Oticon brand and product portfolio by clearly demonstrating value and differentiation in each customer interaction
- Create an efficient routing plan and targeted call strategy to maximize customer engagement and sales impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally within Oticon to provide a best-in-class Customer Experience
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of field activity and sales performance in the CRM system
- Identify potential growth opportunity with current customers and prospect for new customers throughout assigned region
- Review and analyze financial and sales data to assess business performance and drive strategic decision making
- Represent Oticon at Regional and National meetings and seminars to promote Oticon brand and strengthen customer relationships
- Effectively communicate product information (trainings, software, fittings) to customers to drive product adoption
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- Au.D strongly Preferred (3+ years of clinical experience)
- OR
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years’ experience in Medical Device Sales or Territory Management
- Hearing Healthcare experience preferred

- Comfortable with travel: Up to 80% of your time will be spent on the road, in front of customers, building relationships and driving sales.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay for this position is expected to be from $80,000 and upward + commission; however, while the salary range is effective as of the date of this posting, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including but not limited to experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as bonus, commissions, or discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (listed below)
