Outsystems ( Lead/Senior)

BlackStone eIT is looking for a talented Outsystems Lead/Senior Developer to elevate our development teams. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our Outsystems projects, leading initiatives that are crucial for our clients' success. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of the Outsystems platform to mentor junior developers and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to create cutting-edge applications that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality Outsystems applications in alignment with business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practices.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the successful execution of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Participate in code reviews and oversee adherence to coding standards.
• Stay current with Outsystems advancements and industry innovations to integrate new technologies.
• Lead project meetings to track progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of software development experience, specializing in Outsystems.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or senior role within the Outsystems ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of application design patterns and software development best practices.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Outsystems certification(s) is highly regarded.
