ROLE OVERVIEW:

Jumpfactor is seeking an AI-First Content Manager (AI B2B Content Writer) with 4–5 years of experience producing high-impact B2B content. This is a high-growth opportunity within the Managed IT and Cybersecurity space, focused on building authoritative, E-E-A-T-driven, SEO-optimized content that drives measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

This role requires a strong understanding of IT, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services, combined with proven experience leveraging AI tools to create engaging written, visual, and multimedia content. The ideal candidate brings a strong grasp of AI prompting principles, a working understanding of prompt engineering, and the ability to balance speed with editorial excellence.

WHO YOU ARE:

Content & Industry Experience

  • 4–5 years of experience writing and editing engaging B2B content

  • Experience writing for IT, Cybersecurity, Managed IT Services, Cloud, or related technology industries

  • Strong knowledge of SEO optimization and conversion-focused copywriting

  • Ability to create persuasive, sales-driven content

  • Ability to maintain consistent tone, voice, and messaging across platforms

  • Strong understanding of E-E-A-T and data-driven content strategy

  • Bonus: Background in IT or Cybersecurity

AI Content Production

  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to create engaging text, graphics, and video content

  • Strong understanding of AI prompting principles

  • Basic to intermediate understanding of prompt engineering

  • Ability to structure prompts that generate high-quality marketing content

  • Ability to review, refine, and iterate AI outputs to reach strong editorial quality

  • Ability to balance speed of AI generation with editorial accuracy and brand voice

AI Workflow & Automation

  • Execute social media content strategy for the IT & Cyber platform

AI Prompting & Content Systems

  • Engineer structured AI prompt sequences for blogs, landing pages, sales copy, and guides

  • Use AI to assist with research, outlining, drafting, and optimization

  • Continuously refine prompts and AI workflows to improve output quality

  • Evaluate AI outputs and ensure they meet editorial, SEO, and brand standards

AI Workflow Improvement

  • Provide consistent, actionable feedback to the AI product team to improve output and workflows

  • Identify opportunities to improve content workflows using AI tools and automation
