  • Sports training, an internal team, and opportunities to take part in competitions.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Product ownership of an analytical tool — Managing the backlog, defining requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria (Jira), and executing the roadmap for a pay equity and pay gap analysis application used by enterprise clients

  • Translating statistics into product — Converting complex regression model outputs and statistical analyses into intuitive user interfaces and clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical users

What you need to join us:

Must have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner, with a proven track record of defining product requirements and delivering a product roadmap within an engineering team

  • Applied, practical experience in statistics and statistical modelling — hands-on use of regression models in day-to-day work
(academic-only knowledge without active practice is not sufficient)

  • Understanding of regression analysis — multivariate regression modelling, its core assumptions, typical tests, and the statistics behind coefficients and significance

  • Strong assertiveness and ability to lead by influence — experience working with opinionated, technically strong teams; ability to hold your ground in technical discussions

  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex analytical outputs to non-technical audiences in a clear, visual, and actionable way; experience in a client-facing or stakeholder-facing role

  • English - C1+

  • You must be eligible to work in Poland (visa, residency, permit, citizenship, solopreneurship)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the HR Technology (HR Tech) space, particularly with compensation, analytics, or pay equity solutions

  • A degree in statistics or a field with significant statistics coursework; Master's degree preferred
