  • Produce ready-to-use materials for print and digital platforms; prepare files, mockups, and prototypes with technical accuracy (layouts, color profiles, formats, pixel-perfect graphics); manage multiple assignments and deliver within deadlines
  • Ensure visual consistency across teams by guiding templates, design standards, and communication principles; stay updated on design trends, UX best practices, and accessibility standards; evaluate visual impact and recommend improvements

Senior UX/UI Designer / Graphic Communicator (Contract)
📍 Location: Southern Sweden
🕒 Duration: Mid-March 2026 – End of June 2026
💼 Workload: Full-time (100%)

A global, design-driven organization in the consumer and retail sector is looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer / Graphic Communicator to support their communication and design teams during a peak period.

This role focuses on transforming strategic messages into clear, engaging, and visually compelling communication across print and digital channels. You will work closely with communication specialists and stakeholders to create visual assets that simplify complex information and strengthen the brand experience.


About the Role

As a Graphic Communicator, you will translate ideas, concepts, and messages into effective visual communication. The role combines creativity, strong brand understanding, and structured production skills to ensure communication materials are clear, consistent, and impactful.

You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where design plays a central role in improving understanding and user experience.


Key Responsibilities

Visual Communication & Design

  • Create high-quality visual assets such as packaging graphics, icons, illustrations, infographics, layouts, and templates.

  • Translate complex information into simple, intuitive visual formats that improve clarity and usability.

  • Ensure all deliverables align with brand identity, tone, and guidelines.

  • Handle repetitive design production tasks with close attention to quality and consistency.

Content Collaboration

  • Work closely with communication specialists and operational stakeholders to clarify messages and determine the best visual approach.

  • Provide creative input to communication initiatives and development work.

Production & Delivery

  • Produce ready-to-use materials for print and digital platforms.

  • Prepare files, mockups, and prototypes with technical accuracy (layouts, colour profiles, formats, pixel-perfect graphics).

  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

Brand Experience & Quality

  • Support visual consistency across teams by guiding the use of templates, design standards, and communication principles.

  • Evaluate visual impact and recommend improvements where needed.

  • Stay updated on design trends, UX best practices, and accessibility standards.


Skills & Experience

Core Competencies

  • Graphic design, layout, and composition

  • Typography and iconography

  • Visual hierarchy and information design

  • Understanding of accessibility principles

  • Basic motion graphics/animation (a plus)

Technical Skills

  • Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Illustrator and InDesign)

  • Solid understanding of print production processes and specifications
