What will help you succeed:
- 7+ Years of proven hands-on Software Development experience working with the latest versions of Java as the main programming language and familiarity using functionalities like Lambdas.
- Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
- Experience in developing applications using at least one popular framework (Spring, Hibernate).
- Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Experience designing and developing microservices using the Spring Boot framework.
- Cloud experience: AWS (EC2, CloudWatch), Docker, Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth, OpenID Connect (or identity protocols), database technologies (DynamoDB, SQL or NoSQL databases), caching and performance strategies (Redis).
- Experience designing and building scalable distributed systems and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems).
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or similar tools).
- Experience with monitoring, logging and observability tools.
- Experience optimizing performance and troubleshooting high-availability systems.
- Experience defining software architecture, technical standards and guiding engineering teams in architectural decisions.
- Experience as a Team Lead or Technical Lead mentoring development teams.
- Advanced English skills.
- Previous experience working in banking projects is a plus!
