Job Requirements:

  • 2.5-5 Years of E-commerce Experience: Strong background in managing Shopify stores, including product setup and optimization. 
  • Experience with Product Launches: Ability to handle multiple store launches simultaneously, ensuring a seamless transition between different product campaigns.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage several tasks and stores at once with excellent attention to detail. 
  • Basic Graphic Design Knowledge: Comfortable working with basic design tools to adjust images and product graphics when needed. 
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience managing customer orders and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with Shopify analytics tools and ability to provide insights on store performance.

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage Shopify Stores: Set up, manage, and maintain client-specific Shopify stores, ensuring smooth operations from launch to product takedown. 
  • Implement Product Campaigns: Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to launch new product pages, ensuring products are presented effectively. 
  • Store Optimization: Ensure all product descriptions, images, and store features are optimized for user experience and conversion. 
  • Order Management: Oversee and manage orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Monitor store performance and provide regular reports on sales, traffic, and customer behavior. 
  • Collaborate on Marketing Initiatives: Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and ensure alignment between Shopify pages and social media strategies.
