Summary of Role:

Commercial Planning Managers for Confection (CMG) are responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies across various confectionery segments, including immediate consumption, take-home, and seasonal products. They integrate innovation into planning processes, analyze market and sales data, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize retail execution. The role demands agility in responding to market shifts and consumer preferences to drive profitable growth.

 

 

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement segment-specific commercial plans for confectionery products.​
  • Integrate innovation initiatives into planning and execution cycles.​
  • Analyze sales and market trends to inform strategy.​
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective execution.​
  • Monitor performance and adjust commercial strategies as needed.
  • Confectionery segment management (IC, take-home, seasonal)​
  • Innovation alignment and integration​
  • Retail partnership development

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
