Occupant crash safety CAE model setup, including dummy positioning, seat squashing,
seatbelt routing, etc.
Post processing and result analysis of dummy injuries according to different
regulations/Customer rating.
Meshing and model integration for occupant CAE (mainly interior parts such as IP,
cross-car beam, door trim, sometimes body, closure parts).
CAE correlation against physical tests.
Skill set/ requirement:
5+ years of experiences on occupant crash CAE for Bachelor degree;
(3+ years for Master degree)
Must know LS-DYNA. Can do pre- and post- processing with the mainstream software.
Good oral communication and written report composition skills.
