Proficiency in LS-DYNA and ability to perform pre- and post-processing with mainstream CAE software
Strong oral and written communication skills, including report writing

Requirements:

Set up occupant crash CAE models, including dummy positioning, seat squashing, and seatbelt routing
Post-process and analyze dummy injury results according to applicable regulations and customer requirements
Mesh and model integration for occupant CAE focusing on interior parts (instrument panel, cross-car beam, door trim) and related components
Correlate CAE results with physical tests to validate simulations

Job description

Occupant crash safety CAE model setup, including dummy positioning, seat squashing,
seatbelt routing, etc.
Post processing and result analysis of dummy injuries according to different
regulations/Customer rating.
Meshing and model integration for occupant CAE (mainly interior parts such as IP,
cross-car beam, door trim, sometimes body, closure parts).
CAE correlation against physical tests.

Skill set/ requirement:
5+ years of experiences on occupant crash CAE for Bachelor degree;
(3+ years for Master degree)
Must know LS-DYNA. Can do pre- and post- processing with the mainstream software.
Good oral communication and written report composition skills.
