  • Update site content and monitor digital engagement metrics; coordinate talking points and slides for all-hands meetings or webcasts
  • Collaborate across teams to understand organizational development needs and support alignment and governance of the enterprise-wide Data Strategy

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide internal communications support to the Aeronautics Data & Analytics team, including writing, editing, communications, planning and creation of innovative approaches to meet project needs. This person will need to be a creative problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity, a highly effective communicator, and collaborative thought partner. Also, experienced in taking new ideas and driving them to execution. Must be pro-active and take initiative to complete tasks and projects quickly and autonomously, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Will draw on a full array of communications and consulting skills as you act in a variety of capacities for different times and purposes including: organizational change management, program development and launch, project management, content curation, learning experience design, coaching, collaboration, performance consulting and needs assessment:
• Develop and lead the execution and measurement of a strategic communications plan aligned with business priorities for LM Aeronautics Data & Analytics team:
• Partner across the LM Aeronautics Data & Analytics team to understand organizational development needs
• Support the alignment and governance of enterprise-wide Data Strategy
• In alignment with best practices, create communications including but not limited to articles, email blasts, meeting scripts, webpage content, presentations, and short videos etc.
• Collaborate with other LM communication teams and adhere to LM communication policy
• Able to simplify and clarify high technical communication
• Update sites content and monitor communication and digital engagement metrics
• Coordinate and Create talking points and slides for All hands meetings or webcasts



Basic Qualifications:
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience planning, executing and measuring integrated communications strategies
• Motivated, proactive self-starter who performs independently and works effectively under competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Proven quick study with an attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by the ability to establish and maintain networks and relationships; ability to influence without position power
• Strong project/program management and organizational skills with the ability to deliver timely, quality products
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities under deadlines
• Experience with updating WordPress site with content
• Experience in using Powtton, Camtasia, or StreamIT, etc. to create and edit short videos



Desired Skills:
• Strong understanding of AP Style
• Familiarity with contemporary communications trends and industry techniques, including social media and visual storytelling
• Prior experience writing internal communications with the ability to convey highly complex informational in clear, compelling ways including writing for the web, video production or internal audiences.
• Understanding of analytics and analysis
• Organizational Development Experience
• Organizational Change Management and Culture Change experience, including leading a change initiative at an enterprise level
