  • Oracle E-Business Suite R12 (12.1.x / 12.2.x) – Core HR, SSHR, OAF Self Service
  • Strong understanding of HR data structures: Jobs, Positions, Grade/Grade Rates, Salary Basis, People Management, Element Eligibility
  • Experience with HR Security: HR Security Profiles, Custom Security, Security Groups, Org Hierarchies; AME, Approvals, Fast Formulas (functional)
  • Exposure to HR Workflows, Interfaces, XML Publisher, Alerts, Web ADIs; testing cycles (Unit/SIT/UAT/Payroll Parallel Runs) and HR audits

Requirements:

  • Manage and configure Core HR and SSHR, including security profiles and organization hierarchies
  • Drive requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design documentation; orchestrate cross-functional workshops
  • Coordinate integrations, conversions, customizations, and reports with technical teams; validate payroll calculations and end-to-end HR processes
  • Support functional testing (Unit/SIT/UAT/Payroll Parallel Runs), HR data validations, audits, and end-user training materials

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Oracle E Business Suite R12 (12.1.x / 12.2.x) – Core HR, SSHR, OAF Self Service.
  • Strong understanding of HR setups: Jobs, Positions, Grade/Grade Rates, Salary Basis, People Management, Element Eligibility.
  • Hands on experience with HR Security Profiles, Custom Security, Security Groups, Org Hierarchies.
  • Expertise with AME, Approvals, Fast Formulas (functional understanding).
  • Strong exposure to Client objects (Users, Responsibilities, Menus, Functions, Profile Options).
  • Familiarity with Client setups – Value Sets, Lookups, UDTs, Concurrent Programs, Request Groups.
  • Knowledge of HR Workflows, Mailer setups, and Notifications.
  • Understanding of integrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, XML Publisher, Alerts, WebADIs.
  • Experience in test cycles – Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression, Payroll Parallel Runs.
  • Understanding of HR audits, access reviews, and GRC controls.
  • Ability to write BR100, MD050 (Functional), TE040 test scripts, SOPs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and configure Core HR, SSHR.
  • Drive requirement gathering workshops, GAP analysis, and functional design documentation.
  • Maintain and update HR Security Profiles, Custom Security, and Organization Hierarchies.
  • Support functional testing across Unit, SIT, UAT, Payroll Parallel runs.
  • Review HR processes, propose optimizations, and ensure best practices.
  • Coordinate with Technical teams on integrations, conversions, customizations, and reports.
  • Validate payroll calculations, costing, and end to end process flows.
  • Support AME rules, workflow approvals, form personalizations (functional view).
  • Conduct HR data validations and support employee data corrections.
  • Perform impact analysis for patches, upgrades, and monthly releases.
  • Create user training documents and provide end user training.
  • Work with SOA/EDI/Network/IDM teams for functional coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with HR audits, security reviews, and change management processes.
