  • Validate data accuracy and reporting logic, maintain KPI definitions and reporting documentation, and improve self-serve reporting for stakeholders

Are you a data-driven analyst who enjoys turning numbers into clear insights?

We are looking for a Data Analyst (E-commerce and Marketing Analytics) to support a growing insights and analytics team. In this role, you will help business teams understand what’s happening in the data, why it’s happening, and what to watch next.

You will work closely with marketing, product, and commercial teams to analyze performance, maintain dashboards, and investigate key business metrics.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support the team by handling day-to-day reporting and analytics requests, including:

📊 Dashboard & Reporting

  • Maintain and update dashboards in Looker

  • Build and maintain recurring business reports

  • Pull and organize datasets into Google Sheets

📈 Performance Analysis

  • Investigate KPI changes (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, revenue, etc.)

  • Analyze weekly business performance trends

  • Identify drivers behind performance changes

🔎 Ad-Hoc Data Requests

  • Support marketing and product teams with quick-turn analysis

  • Investigate issues like funnel drop-offs or performance declines

  • Provide clear summaries of findings

📌 Data Quality & Documentation

  • Validate data accuracy and reporting logic

  • Maintain KPI definitions and reporting documentation

  • Improve self-serve reporting for stakeholders

🛠 Tools You’ll Work With

  • Google Sheets (reporting and analysis)

  • Mixpanel (nice-to-have)

  • Slack and collaboration tools

Mixpanel experience is helpful but not required.


✅ What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Over 2 years of experience in a data analyst or reporting role

  • Experience supporting marketing, e-commerce, or product teams

  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI

  • Strong Google Sheets or Excel skills

  • Understanding of marketing or e-commerce KPIs, such as:

    • Conversion rate

    • Revenue

    • AOV

    • CAC / ROAS

    • LTV

    • Sessions

    • Customer retention

    • Funnel conversion

    • Cohort performance

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Mixpanel

  • Experience analyzing funnels or cohort metrics

  • Experience working with Shopify or DTC brands

  • Exposure to A/B testing or experimentation analysis

💰 Salary: PHP 80,000 - 110,000 per month
