RYZ Labs is looking for an experienced Sr. Full-stack Engineer to join one of our clients’ teams. This role will be pivotal in building features and improving performance in the applications that the customers rely on every day.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional work experience as a full-stack engineer
- Proficient in React, Python, or Node
- Experience working on an engineering team at a startup
- Extensive knowledge of modern web development technologies, frameworks, and architecture
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to support software development workflows (coding, debugging, documentation, testing, etc.)
- Collaborative working style with a strong focus on execution and results. Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Drive decisions that influence the product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes
Use AI tools to accelerate development (e.g., generating scaffolding/boilerplate, refactoring, writing tests, documentation) while maintaining high code quality and reliability
Develop high-quality and highly performant production code and review code written by others
Monitor support tickets to fix bugs and instruct new development to reduce customer support outreach
