Potomac Haven is seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to lead the development of a new stand-alone campaign website for the Missouri Department of Mental Health’s (DMH) Problem Gambling Prevention initiative. In this role, you will drive the website’s full development lifecycle – from architecture and UX/UI design to front-end/back-end development, testing, deployment, hosting, and ongoing maintenance. You will ensure the site meets high standards of functionality, user experience, performance, security, and accessibility. This project is a centerpiece of Missouri’s public health campaign against problem gambling, and the new site will provide educational resources and tools to help curb gambling addiction.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus): Relevant professional certifications are a plus, including Google Analytics (GA4) certification or Google Analytics Individual Qualification (demonstrating advanced GA4/Tag Manager skills), Accessibility certifications (such as IAAP’s Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies or related credentials), cloud platform certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer), or CMS certifications (e.g., Acquia Certified Drupal Developer). These certifications will be considered favorably as evidence of your expertise and commitment to best practices in web development.
