At Kids Help Phone (KHP), we‘re committed to being there for young people whenever and however they reach out for help, which often involves providing support during overnight shifts, weekends, and holiday periods. Please note that roles in clinical operations follow a schedule that includes overnight and weekend shifts. These timeframes are essential to meeting the needs of the youth we serve.

We’re seeking a full-Time, permanent, Bilingual, Manager, People & Clinical Performanceonly to join the Clinical Operations team to help give more young people’s feelings a place to go. Reporting to the Senior Manager, People & Clinical Performance, the successful candidate will focus on ensuring that counsellors and frontline staff deliver high-quality, safe, and effective mental health support to young people across Canada. This position blends people leadership, clinical quality oversight, performance management, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced digital and phone-based counselling environment. This manager typically works within Kids Help Phone's clinical operations or service delivery team, supporting both professional counsellors and volunteer responders who interact with youth through phone, text, and online chat services. The responsibilities:
People and Performance Management – accountable for front-line team performance, ensuring effective and efficient work, while meeting goals and KPIs
