Job description

BWT Logistics is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Business Development – Contract Sales to drive growth within our Contract Warehousing division. This role is ideal for a self‑motivated “hunter” who excels at identifying, pursuing, and securing new warehousing contracts while building strong partnerships that support long‑term success. Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new Contract Warehousing business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with key decision makers across targeted industries.
Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored warehousing solutions.
Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations.
Maintain a strong LinkedIn presence and leverage digital prospecting strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Track pipeline activities, forecasting, and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum 3 years of Business Development experience in Contract Warehousing or related logistics fields.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Proven hunter mentality with ability to source and close deals independently.
Strong presentation skills and professional digital presence.
