  • Execute and manage client communication strategies to nurture relationships
  • Create and follow structured daily, weekly, and monthly marketing plans; track KPIs and optimize campaigns
  • Design basic graphics and visual content; create/edit promotional and informational videos; leverage HubSpot for lead nurturing and campaign tracking

JOB TITLE: Virtual/Marketing Assistant

Work Type: Full-time, Remote/WFH

Working Hours: TBD (usually US hrs | Night shift)


Job Responsibilities (JR):
  • Support the team across 3 Main Areas:

    • Membership Engagement & Introductions

      • Supporting member relationships and facilitating introductions

    • Chapter Development

      • Assisting with chapter administration

      • Supporting training initiatives and chapter growth activities

    • Sales & Prospect Support

      • Supporting sales-related and prospecting activities

  • Develop and lead digital marketing programs focused on social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook) and prospect outreach.

  • Execute and manage client communication strategies to nurture relationships.

  • Create and follow structured daily, weekly, and monthly marketing plans.

  • Track KPIs and performance metrics to measure progress and optimize campaigns.

  • Collaborate virtually with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

  • Design basic graphics and visual content for campaigns.

  • Create, edit, and manage promotional and informational videos.

  • Leverage HubSpot for lead nurturing, email marketing, and campaign tracking (experience preferred).

Job Requirements:

  • A marketing guru, particularly with experience in outreach for prospect development.

  • Must have B2B marketing experience across a full range of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn

  • Solid HubSpot experience required. Must be highly proficient/excellent, including setting up systems, not just using it

  • Must be a team player with strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset.

  • Should understand how to generate prospects and convert them into clients, not just complete assigned tasks.

  • Must be able to see the bigger picture and understand how their work contributes to overall business growth.

  • Strategic mindset, engaging and collaborative with a team.

  • Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).

  • Ability to create and manage short-form and long-form video content.
