  • Lead executive-level client stakeholder engagements, manage relationships, develop pricing proposals, and support negotiations.
  • Coordinate with cross-department stakeholders (Account Management, Marketing, Networks) to educate lead generators and promote member success stories.

Summary:   

In this role, you will be involved with scoping, proposal development, sales support and delivery oversight of Data & Digital (D&D) Services including project management, client communication, and identification of additional business development opportunities.  You will ensure proposals are delivered on time, with excellent client experience and manage portfolio of ongoing services work and participate in late stage of sales process to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution. You will work closely with the delivery and analytics teams to ensure adherence to contracted deliverables and timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline & Revenue Management: Oversee and manage the pipeline, bookings, forecasts, and revenue for the D&D Services team.

  • Strategic Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to develop deal structures and strategies for delivering D&D services engagements.

  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate with Account Management, Marketing, Networks, and other Vizient stakeholders to educate lead generators and promote member success stories.

  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead executive-level presentations to prospective clients, manage relationships and scoping conversations, develop pricing & proposals for custom services agreements and partner with the sales team during negotiations.

  • Collaboration & Education: Work with the Marketing team to develop collateral for internal and external stakeholders, and provide ongoing education to account management, business development, and sales enablement teams.

  • Delivery Oversight: Provide guidance and support to ensure successful and timely delivery of high-value D&D services engagements.

  • Sales Operations & Project Management: Design, develop and implement operational processes, systems and structures to deliver a standardized and streamlined approach to sales execution.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree desired; advanced degree preferred.

  • 10 or more years of relevant experience in healthcare and analytic solutions required.

  • Must possess quality or clinical experience in a healthcare setting.

  • Strong knowledge of Vizient/Sg2 tools required.

  • Proven track record in managing complex client engagements and delivering impactful solutions.

  • Experience implementing technology or informatics solutions in a consulting environment preferred.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables (25-50%).

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $156,500.00 to $290,100.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
