What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage multilingual SEM campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Bing, ensuring performance across key global markets.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns to drive demand generation among our target ICPs.

  • Manage and optimize paid media budgets exceeding €500K annually, ensuring strong ROI and efficient spend across channels.

  • Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives by running A/B tests on landing pages and website flows to improve conversion from paid traffic to pipeline.

  • Build reporting frameworks that connect paid media performance to pipeline and revenue, moving beyond vanity metrics like impressions and clicks.

  • Collaborate closely with BDRs, Sales, and Product Marketing to align paid campaigns with ICP targeting, messaging, and revenue goals.

  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to continuously improve campaign performance across markets.

  • Monitor and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights, ensuring continuous improvement in lead quality and conversion rates.

  • Leverage automation and AI tools to improve campaign efficiency, reporting workflows, and performance insights.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid media management, with deep expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Proven experience managing large paid media budgets (€500K+) with a strong focus on efficiency and measurable ROI.

  • Experience running multilingual B2B campaigns across multiple markets (SaaS or tech environments preferred).

  • A demand generation mindset, focused on driving pipeline and revenue rather than just traffic.

  • Strong analytical and data skills, with the ability to build dashboards, interpret attribution models, and derive actionable insights.

  • Solid understanding of ICP targeting, buyer journeys, and B2B marketing funnels, enabling meaningful collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing teams.

  • Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing for landing pages and website flows.

  • Advanced knowledge of tracking, Google Tag Manager, and attribution frameworks.

  • Experience working in a SaaS, tech, or scale-up environment is strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and automation platforms to enhance marketing performance.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Fluency in German, French, or Spanish is a plus.

  • Experience collaborating with BDRs or Sales teams in pipeline-focused or account-based marketing environments is an advantage.

  • CRM & analytics: Salesforce, Google Analytics, PowerBI / Tableau

  • Attribution & revenue intelligence: DreamData, HockeyStack, or similar

  • CRO & session analytics: Mouseflow, Hotjar, or similar

  • Keyword research & competitive intelligence: SEMrush / Ahrefs

  • Familiarity with LLM optimization (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity) is an advantage.
