The Role You can be located anywhere in the US or Canada, although you must overlap with US Pacific Time for at least 4 working hours between 9am and 5pm.
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who ships quality code quickly, collaborates well with a team, and cares about the people around them.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:
Work closely with the founding team to design and build the world’s best management training solution, powered by state-of-the-art AI models.
Produce high-quality software with minimal bugs, clean code, and lasting architecture.
Serve as a role model as we build the best culture in the industry: a place where excellence and honesty can coexist with kindness, playfulness, and supportiveness.
The ideal candidate will...
Ship quality code quickly, and have a history of shipping projects from conception to execution.
Have informed architectural opinions (but also be flexible when others disagree!)
Love to work with a team and collaborate towards a shared goal
Care about the people around you: other employees, customers, and of course all of the supportive people in your personal life.
Be familiar with TypeScript, and ready to work with our stack (NextJS / PostgreSQL / serverless hosting on Vercel etc)
Have experience working with and optimizing LLMs. Bonus points if you’re familiar with fine-tuning, data pipelines, etc.
Overlap with US Pacific Time for at least 4 working hours between 9am and 5pm.
