Salary: $70,000 + Monthly Bonus Opportunities (1st yr OTE $100k-$115k+; 2nd yr OTE $115k-$130k+)

The Client Manager Role


The firm is looking for a Client Manager who will support and lead a team Senior Recruiters and Sourcing Specialists working about 30-40 active permanent placement searches while serving as the primary liaison with between 50 and 100 clients. You will:

• Collaborate with a team of 3-5 Senior Recruiters

• Conduct weekly calls with active clients

• Nurture and build relationships with up to 100 clients - signed clients that may need more help in the future

• Ensure your 30-40 active searches are getting the attention needed to result in a placement, quickly

• Build and manage through reports in Salesforce.com and Trakstar

• Report weekly to the VP of Search on team performance

• Roll up your sleeves and answer candidate calls, review applicants, and guide sourcing team for each search


The perfect Client Manager candidate will:


• Have at least 2 years of experience managing a team of 3+ colleagues

• Have 3+ years of client management and client Executive team facing interaction

• Have 5+ years of project management experience - with many at one time

• Have worked with lots of data (ideally in Salesforce.com) - not shy to take on data entry because you know the importance of accurate records

• Enjoy applying metrics to the day to day management of projects and team

• Enjoy building out and improving process

• [Preferred] Recruiting/staffing/executive search experience

• Be a fun person who often finds themselves trying to take on more responsibility and build better systems to get the job done. If you deliver, you’ll be given plenty of room to lead the charge!
