Job description

We are seeking a Field Sales Associate to join our Surgical Solutions team in the Medical Products Division. In this position, you will be responsible for selling and promoting both existing and new products across all FDA-approved areas and applications. We are looking for someone passionate about selling state-of-the-art implantable medical devices across the general, plastic, and trauma surgery markets, who is energized by working for a world-class manufacturer and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role will cover the Central Florida area, with a focus on Orlando, Tampa, Sarasota, and Bradenton, Florida.

This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations in Orlando, Tampa, Sarasota, and Bradenton, Florida or the surrounding areas.

  • Demonstrated ability to support product use during procedures
  • Ability to quickly develop strong and effective technical selling skills with new products in new markets
  • Ability to develop relationships with key customers
  • Ability to understand medical/surgical procedures and terminology
  • Ability to travel up to 30% and must reside in Orlando, Tampa, Sarasota, Bradenton, Florida or surrounding areas
  • Experience selling to both general and plastic surgeons
  • Experience in market development

This role requires ongoing access to U.S. hospitals and compliance with facility-specific access policies (which may include a requirement to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated with one of the COVID-19 vaccines), vendor credentialing requirements including drug screening, background checks, immunization and training.

This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore’s work arrangement policies.

  • Note: In the United States, restrictions exist for remote work from Alaska, Hawaii and Rhode Island.
