  • Excellent Ukrainian and English language skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
  • 1-2 years of experience in tech service industry, ideally in customer success or account management

We’re looking for a proactive Account Manager who will be responsible for building strong and effective relationships with both a client and a team.
You’ll meet exciting challenges, and will constantly grow in technology and the international environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Simultaneously work with clients from a diverse list of industries;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and strong collaboration;
  • Manage annotation teams to guarantee smooth execution and timely delivery of projects;
  • Monitor team discipline and ensure corporate culture within the team;
  • Keep track of key metrics to measure the success of the client’s request and the team, and identify areas for improvement and automatization;
  • Proactively mediate and resolve any clients' and annotators' concerns or issues etc.;
  • Train annotation teams and supervisors.

What We Need:

  • Excellent Ukrainian & English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written);
  • 1-2 years of experience in tech service industry, ideally in customer success or account management;
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships;
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate a team;
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the clients and the company;
  • Mature and responsible attitude;
  • Innovation mindset and the ability to be flexible.

Will be a great plus:

  • Experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in IT outsourcing companies;
  • Experience in working with AI, data labeling, or machine learning projects;
  • Desire to advance in AI & annotation services;
  • Good sense of humor 😊
